We reserve the right to use the personal information to contact the clients. cclassiphosting.com might use the information for research purpose to develop the standard of our services. But we would do so to an extent agreed by our clients and will not give out any such information that would enable one to identify and individual.
As our client you can review your personal information, update it in case of any changes made and correct the information if there happens to be any mistake.
Once you start availing our services, you are eligible to contact us if there are any issues concerning our services. We may keep the information obtained by us through the communication with our clients for future use. Nevertheless, we maintain a highly secured privacy policy to keep the information confidential.
If you want to cancel our services, you have to do so by writing in the cancellation form provided. Once we receive the cancellation form filled by you, we would confirm all the necessary details and proceed with the process and confirm you when the process is completed. But incase, if you do not get any reply from us via email or some other medium, please contact us immediately.
It is regarded as the duty of the client to keep a close eye on the payment information and pay the invoices in due date. cclassiphosting.com allows the clients a grace of 10 days from the due payment date. If the invoice is overdue for 10 days, the client would have to pay a $10 late fine along with the regular payment and/or the suspension of your account until you pay the amount in full.

- a. No client can use 25% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds. Performing activities such as CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc can cause this problem.

Things like, piracy, copyright issues, misusing other’s trademarks, trade secrets, privacy and publicity can be regarded as the violation of codes by the cclassiphosting.com and would force us to withdraw all the facilities being enjoyed by you as the client of cclassiphosting.com.
- d. Obscene Speech or Materials – as your hosting provider, we reserve the right to restrict you from promoting any obscene materials or any other contents including speeches. We are compelled by law to inform the law enforcers about any such occurrence.
- e. Forging of Headers – it is forbidden to deform message headers, partially or completely to hide the originator of the message.
- f. Illegal or Unauthorized Access to Other Computers or Networks – it is strongly restricted to access or try to access computers, networks or information belonging to other party without proper authorization. These acts are considered to be cyber crime and would result in the termination of account followed by legal actions.
